Trippick is a Korean tourist shopping platform that allows users to order Korean products with photo-based AI matching and have them delivered to their accommodation in Korea.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service. You agree to provide accurate registration information.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in KRW. Payment is processed via Payverse. Once payment is completed, a voucher code is issued for in-room delivery.
Products are delivered to the accommodation specified during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the user. Delivery is limited to participating accommodations in Korea.
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. After dispatch, refund requests are evaluated case by case. Photo-confirmed orders may not be refundable once payment is completed unless the product is defective.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to fraudulent orders, abusive language to staff, or attempts to circumvent our security measures.
All content on the Trippick platform — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Trippick or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Trippick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
