We collect: account information (name, email, nationality), order history, payment metadata (no card numbers — handled by Payverse), accommodation details for delivery, and device/usage data for service improvement.
We use your information to fulfill orders, send notifications about your order status, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with: payment processors (Payverse) for transaction processing, partner accommodations for delivery coordination, and email/push notification providers (Resend, Web Push). All third parties are contractually bound to data protection.
Account and order data is retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years for tax/legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time via account settings.
We use essential cookies for authentication and a limited set of analytics cookies for service improvement. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.
Personal data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access. However, no system is 100% secure.
